Alicia Kallander

Director, People and Culture at Frameplay

Alicia Kallander has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at Frameplay as the Director of People and Culture, where they collaborate with business partners to create strategies for employee engagement and talent management. Concurrently, since 2021, they have also been an HR Leader at StartupExperts, a community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders focused on supporting each other and giving back.

Prior to these roles, Alicia worked at Endsight from 2007 to 2021 as the Manager of Talent and Performance, where they handled various HR responsibilities for an 80+ employee company. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Human Resources Manager at Mindshare Group, serving as a consultant for multiple corporate clients. Alicia ensured compliance with regulations and provided HR services such as employee relations, recruiting, training, and benefits administration.

In 2004, Alicia held the position of Executive Team Lead - Human Resources at Target, managing HR operations for a retail store with 150+ employees. Before that, from 2002 to 2004, they were a Pastoral Assistant for Youth Ministry at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, overseeing a program for youth and managing volunteers. Additionally, from 1998 to 2002, they worked as an RDMA at Manpower Inc., analyzing HR data and coordinating resources for IBM.

Throughout their career, Alicia has demonstrated their expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

From 1991 to 1995, Alicia Kallander attended Old Dominion University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. During their time at the university, Alicia studied a combination of subjects including Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Counseling.
