Bonnie Dorais is an accomplished professional in talent development and recruitment with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent Development Manager at Framestore since July 2019, Bonnie leads global training initiatives and oversees onboarding processes and the integration of training platforms. Prior roles include Montreal Training Manager and Senior Recruitment Manager at Framestore, as well as National Talent Acquisition Advisor at PwC, where Bonnie managed recruitment across various services and collaborated on strategic projects. Additional experience includes roles at Fine Passion RH, Deloitte Canada, Orckestra Inc., FX Innovation, ACCEO Solutions, Videotron, Hureca, and Mosaic Sales Solutions, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent management.
