Illia Afanasiev

Illia Afanasiev is a seasoned VFX professional with extensive experience in compositing and visual effects supervision. Currently serving as Compositing Supervisor at Framestore since October 2022, Illia has previously held the position of VFX Supervisor at Outpost from January 2021 to September 2022, contributing to notable projects such as "The Boys" and "See." Prior to that, Illia worked at MPC from 2014 to 2020, taking on roles including DFX Supervisor, 2D Supervisor, and Lead Compositor on major films like "The Call of the Wild" and "Pokémon Detective Pikachu." Illia's career began in 2010 as a Digital Compositor at mental dRive studio, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Art from the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts.
