Karen Cheng

Karen Cheng is a seasoned compositing supervisor and designer with extensive experience in the film and visual effects industry. Currently serving as a Compositing Supervisor at Pixomondo since September 2013, Karen has contributed to notable projects including "Star Trek: Discovery," "The Umbrella Academy," and "The Mandalorian." Prior experience includes roles as a compositor at Rocket Science VFX and Pixomondo, where Karen worked on major films such as "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" and "Oblivion." Additionally, Karen's early career involved industrial design at Precidio Inc., where work included product design and 3D modeling for various high-profile clients. Karen holds a BDes in Industrial Design from OCAD University, complemented by education from Sheridan College and Seneca Polytechnic.
