From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Framework IT as a Chief Operating Officer and a Chief Financial Officer. Since 2022, they have been the Principal at Radius Consulting.

Ross received their Master of Accountancy/Finance from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2010 and their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same institution in 2009. Prior to this, they attended John Hersey High School.
