Victor Gartvich

Victor Gartvich is a seasoned technology executive with a comprehensive background in engineering, security, and operations across various high-stakes environments. Currently serving as Cofounder and CTO at CloudXray, Inc., since July 2023, Victor focuses on advanced technologies related to large language models and data integrations. Previous roles include CISO/IT/DevOps at Framework Labs, Interim VP of Engineering at Wallarm, and Sr. Director of DevOps at Lacework, where Victor drove significant improvements in DevOps practices and security compliance. With strong roots in cloud infrastructure and team leadership, Victor has made notable contributions at companies like nuu:bit, Instart Logic, and Cotendo, showcasing expertise in product development, technical operations, and security policies. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Tashkent State Technical University.
