Lauren Mitchell

Lauren Mitchell is currently the head of logistics at Framework. Lauren has held this position for 2 years. Prior to their current role, they were a supply chain manager at Rachio for 2 years. Before that, they worked at Sphero for 4 years in various roles including operations manager and sales operations coordinator.

Lauren has experience in overseeing customer success, logistics, and customer service teams. Lauren has also participated in planning and production of finished goods, managed finished goods from ex-factory to end consumer, and regularly led inventory allocation exercises to ensure a balanced retail & distribution channel. In addition, Lauren has developed KPIs for each group within Ops as well as external partners such as 3PLs & carriers.

Lauren has also navigated their Operations team through major company transitions, including new system implementations, as well as both domestic & international 3PL moves. Lauren has developed a thorough understanding of Shopify, Oracle Netsuite, TrueCommerce, B2B Gateway, SAP Lite, Shipwire, FreshDesk, Zendesk, Agile account management, sales enablement, sales support, & liaising between Sales & Operations teams. Lauren has also served as main point of contact for domestic and global retail and distribution partners. Global footprint 80 countries, 7000 storefronts.

In their previous roles, Lauren has completed detailed product setups, anything from battery type and packaging dimensions to state or country specific certifications. Lauren has also processed orders and tracked sell through for all accounts, including Amazon, Sprint, Best Buy, etc. In addition, Lauren has coordinated with Channel Marketing Team to ensure partner program needs are met and maintained consistent communication and follow up with partners on high priority programs and initiatives.

Lastly, Lauren was an early advocate of EDU program; they facilitated class presentations, teacher outreach, & outbound sales. Lauren also worked with Accounting team in depth during end of month reconciliations and resolved B2C customer questions & complaints via phone, tickets, email, or social media and assisted with order placement, refunds, or exchanges.

Lauren Mitchell has a degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Hospitality, Restaurant, Tourism Management with an emphasis in lodging and a minor in Environmental Leadership. Lauren also studied abroad for a semester at Stenden University in the Netherlands.
