Marcelo Marcondes is a co-founder of Track n' Growth, a system designed to track growth through multiple metrics and foster a learning environment, active since 2021. In addition, Marcelo has been serving as a Language Program Assistant Teacher and a Long Term Substitute in the World Language Program at Framingham Public Schools, emphasizing support for English Learners and contributing to high expectations for instructional quality. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Educational Technology at Insight Educational Group in Brazil and a range of positions in education and finance, including substitute teaching and financial control analysis. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and additional education from Universidade Paulista.
