Sandra Rassel

Sandra Rassel is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years in the field. Since November 2020, Sandra has been the Responsable des Ressources Humaines at France Solar, where responsibilities include establishing the HR service, providing support to management, and overseeing a team handling personnel for approximately 300 employees. Prior to their current role, Sandra spent 15 years at Hager Group as a Collaboratrice RH, managing various HR functions for over 500 personnel, including recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws.
