Larae Carmon Keppen

LaRae Carmon Keppen is an experienced professional with a background in merchandising. LaRae currently holds the position of Vice President of Merchandising at Francesca’s®, where LaRae has also served as the Senior Director of Merchandising for various departments. Prior to their current role, LaRae held senior leadership positions at Highlights for Children, abercrombie kids, Hollister Co., EXPRESS, Abercrombie & Fitch Co., and The Limited. Keppen holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from The Ohio State University and recently completed the Women in Leadership Certificate Program at Ashland University.
