In 2010, they were promoted to Director Life Claims at AIG and held this position for eight years before moving to their current role in 2018.

Throughout their career, this individual has demonstrated their ability to lead and oversee large teams successfully. They have also shown themselves to be an expert in financial analysis, claims management, and process improvement. In addition, they have represented their companies in criminal trials on multiple occasions.

Most recently, this individual was instrumental in transitioning several support processes to offshore resources, resulting in significant savings for their company. They have also partnered successfully with financial reporting teams to build monthly analysis reports that have helped speed up the closing cycle and reduce IBNR variance.

Due to their extensive experience and impressive track record, this individual is well-qualified to continue leading the compliance department at FranchiCzar.
