Julian Mason

Julian Mason has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at Franchise Brands plc since June 2017, following roles as Group HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Prior experience includes HR Consultant at The Guinness Partnership, Human Resources Business Partner at Pearson VUE, and Senior HR Business Partner with NHS Northwest, where responsibilities included a generalist HR role and elements of organizational development. Julian Mason pursued a degree in Human Resource Management at The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a Bachelor's degree in English with Spanish from the University of Hull and A Levels from Bolton South VI Form College.
