Lewis Brock

Lewis Brock is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Desk Engineer at Franchise Brands plc since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lewis worked as an IT Support Technician at SMC Corporation (UK) from August 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included supporting staff with IT hardware and software issues and leading a project to upgrade the company's operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
