Kathryn Ponder

Kathryn Ponder has a strong background in financial operations and decision support, with more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kathryn currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Surgical Specialty Center of Baton Rouge. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr Director of Decision Support at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. Kathryn also spent 12 years as the Director of Financial Operations at Our Lady of the Lake RMC.

Kathryn Ponder holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Louisiana State University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, graduating in 1992. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from HFMA in August 2008.
