Tandra Davison

Tandra Davison, CPHQ, CSSBB (ASQ), CMQ/OE (ASQ) has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tandra served as the Director of Quality Services and System Director of Performance Excellence at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since January 2009. Prior to this, they were the Director of Quality at Our Lady of the Lake from 2004 to 2009.

Tandra Davison, CPHQ, CSSBB (ASQ), CMQ/OE (ASQ) completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University between 1986 and 1991.
