Bruce Grainger

Bruce Grainger joined Francisco Partners Consulting in 2015 and is an Operating Partner with a focus on sales and marketing topics.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners Consulting, Bruce most recently served as the head of worldwide sales and partners at TOA Technologies. While at TOA Technologies, Bruce built teams that created and executed various go-to-market strategies including taking the company into every major global region, expanding the vertical markets and industries served, and segmenting and scaling the pursuit teams across enterprise, midmarket, and SMB targets. Prior to TOA, Bruce played a key role in turning around Portal Software, leading to its acquisition by Oracle Corporation. Bruce remained with Oracle for 4 years, building out the global business unit that had grown from $125M to $400M and managed the Americas region. Prior to TOA, Bruce was instrumental in building out the non-EMEA business for UK based startup Geneva Technology (acquired by Convergys Corp) and spent ten years in strategic business and IT consulting roles with Electronic Data Systems (acquired by HP) and America Management Systems (acquired by CGI).

Bruce serves on the board of directors of BeyondTrust and Vendavo. He formerly served on the board of directors of ClickSoftware.
