Karl Shum

Karl Shum is a Principal with Francisco Partners.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2013, Karl worked at Sears Holdings where he helped to lead strategy at Shop Your Way, the loyalty program. Karl began his career as an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Credit Suisse in New York.
