Klara Gelo has been an R&D Technologist for Coffee at Franck d.d. since May 2020, following a previous role as an R&D and QC intern at Franck from April 2019 to March 2020. Klara holds a Master's degree in Food Engineering obtained from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology from 2017 to 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing earned at the same institution from 2014 to 2017.
