Enrique Diaz

Enrique Diaz has over 26 years of diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Enrique is currently serving as the President of Franco Blueprint, Inc., an accounting and business management firm that offers support to businesses in achieving sustainable growth. Prior to this, Enrique worked as CFO/Controller for Madison Equities, LLC from 2013 to 2018, where they managed tax, accounting, reporting, and operations oversight for a real estate development company. Before that, they served as CFO/Controller at Osman Ltd from 2010 to 2017, where they implemented and developed financial management functions, oversaw general accounting functions, and administered financial management systems. Enrique also worked as the Controller at Swig Equities from 2008 to 2010, overseeing various accounting functions and collaborating with the CFO on financial forecasts and management reports. Enrique has experience as a Senior Project Accountant at Forest City Ratner Companies and Related, where they reviewed invoices, prepared cost summaries, and coordinated accounting structures for real estate construction projects. Enrique also worked as an Assistant Controller at The Yucaipa Companies and as a Senior Controller at JH Mack, LLC/Kohl Partners, where they managed financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations. Enrique began their career as a Staff Accountant at WEMED. Through their extensive experience and diverse roles in finance and accounting, Enrique Diaz has developed strong skills in financial management, analysis, reporting, and system administration.

Enrique Diaz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Baruch College, where they studied from 1997 to 2004.
