Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith is a seasoned education law practitioner with extensive experience in representing clients on issues related to student rights, special education, labor and employment law, policy development, and civil rights litigation. Since 2008, Jennifer has served as a Partner at Franczek P.C., where a focus is placed on representing public school districts in class action litigation. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Education Law Associate at Robbins Schwartz, representing Illinois school districts and higher education institutions, and as an Associate at Spencer Fane Britt & Browne. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
