Melany Wynn, CRCM, AMP, has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Melany is currently serving as the SVP/Director of Regulatory Affairs at Frandsen Financial Corporation since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Compliance at Frandsen Bank & Trust from August 2019 to the present, and also worked as the Asst Director of Compliance from July 2018 onwards.

Previously, Melany worked as a Rental Coordinator at Raz Properties LLC from August 2013 to September 2021. Melany also served as a Senior Lead Auditor - Consumer Compliance at KeyBank from July 2017 to July 2018.

Their earlier roles include being the Regional Compliance Officer at Frandsen Financial Corporation from September 2009 to July 2017. Additionally, they held the role of SVP Operations/Compliance Officer at Community Pride Bank from January 2000 to September 2010, where they were responsible for various areas such as operations, compliance, technology/information security, marketing, and strategic planning. Melany is also a Certified Community Bank Technology Officer accredited by the ICBA.

Melany Wynn, CRCM, AMP pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul during the period of 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Business from Augsburg University.
