Are you a skilled graphic design professional ready for a dynamic and impactful role? Working closely with the heads of marketing and eCommerce, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for ideating and implementing compelling graphic projects across web design, digital ads, social media and email marketing.

Overview Of Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the heads of Marketing and Digital to create and execute compelling creative assets, in line with the Greats visual identity and product value proposition

  • Be fully in charge of the creation, execution and final export of various assets, across all channels

  • Ensure designs are impactful and adapted to fit specific channel specs, needs and objectives

  • Collaborate to create results-driving digital ads (Meta, Google, Youtube)

  • Leverage product photographs to create compelling infographics and concepts to enhance product value perception

  • Propose new animation ideas, interactive features & behaviors to enhance product communication in digital channels (organic and paid social)

  • Thoroughly execute, at need, basic graphic design tasks or minor retouches

  • Contribute to sourcing collaborators such as designers, video editors, animators, artists and illustrators for special projects

What is expected on the technical side

  • 5 years experience in graphic design

  • College degree in Graphic Design, or a relevant field

  • Expertise with Figma (to be used on a daily basis)

  • Mastery of the Adobe Suite, notably Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign (to be used an a daily basis)

  • Expertise with animated content, typography or moving image

  • Excellent understanding of page layout, typography and interaction design

  • Strong interest in fashion, design, aesthetics, and culture

  • Experience taking designs from idea to execution to final export

  • Expertise in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital content best practices and common challenges

  • Mastery of graphic production standards

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment where a quick turnaround is needed

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Agency or start-up experience preferred, e-commerce or fashion experience an asset

  • Efficient photo retouching skills, an asset
