Nadia F. has a diverse work experience. Nadia began their career at iNERDE in 2014 as the Director of Communications, where they managed all communication channels and implemented strategies to raise awareness and attract potential donors. In 2015, Nadia joined Frank And Oak and held multiple roles, including Member Services Specialist, Assistant Manager of Member Services, and Customer Service Manager. As the Customer Service Manager, they were responsible for maintaining operational KPIs and oversaw day-to-day operations of customer service agents and online advisors. Nadia worked cross-functionally with various departments to ensure an excellent customer experience. Currently, Nadia is the Director of Operations and Customer Success at Frank And Oak.

Nadia F. began their education journey in 2009 at Marianopolis College, where they pursued a D.E.C. in Liberal Arts. From 2012 to 2015, they attended McGill University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Linguistics and English Literature. In 2016 and 2017, they returned to McGill University to complete a Diploma in Environmental Studies. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Nadia pursued further studies at Concordia University in the School of Community and Public Affairs. Nadia obtained a degree in Community, Public Affairs, and Policy Studies.
