Bridget Brogan

Bridget Brogan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bridget started their career at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they assisted the HR Manager with administrative and training tasks. Bridget then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Manager, providing HR support to store managers and hourly employees. During their tenure, they achieved record high engagement scores at the Cape May location and supported other HR managers with new store startups.

After their time at Lowe's, Brogan joined Aramark as a Human Resources Manager, where they provided HR support to general managers, managers, and hourly employees. Bridget was also selected to work on special task forces and projects, including the development of a new recognition platform.

Bridget later advanced to the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Aramark Facility Services, where their responsibilities expanded to include supporting district managers and VPOs. Bridget played a role in the company's engagement system task force and was involved in a transformation and re-organization of the facilities business.

Most recently, Brogan joined Frank Recruitment Group as the Global Head of HR Operations. In this role, they oversee HR operations globally and directly reports to the Global HR Director. Bridget also previously worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner within the organization, providing HR support to a large number of employees across multiple offices in the US.
