Maria Severn FCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various human resources roles. Since December 2015, Maria has served as an HR Business Partner at Frank Roberts & Sons Limited. Prior to this position, Maria held the role of HRD Manager at S&A Foods from November 2011 to October 2015. Maria's career began at Makro Self Service Wholesalers Ltd., where responsibilities included Regional Training and Performance Coach, Regional HR Manager, and Assistant Training and Development Manager from January 1996 to August 2011. Maria holds a degree in German Studies (Hons) with a focus on German and Business Studies from the University of Birmingham and further qualifications in CIPD, as well as studies at the University of Stirling and the University of Augsburg in German Studies.
