Anna Klus

Anna Klus has extensive experience in human resources, having held key roles at Franke Group from October 2016 to April 2022, including Cluster Head of HR for Northern Europe and Sub Saharan Africa and Head of HR for Eastern Europe. Responsibilities encompassed managing HR operations across multiple countries, recruitment, talent strategies, employee engagement, and shaping regional HR strategy. Prior to this, Anna served as HR Manager at FARGOTEX Sp. z o.o, where staffing services and lifecycle recruitment were prioritized, and held positions at PH Konrad & WIM GLASS and CEDC, assisting executive teams and various departments. Additionally, Anna has experience as a coach and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw along with educational experience at the University of Ljubljana.
