Sonia Sachdev

Sonia Sachdev has over two decades of work experience, beginning in 1999 with Standard Chartered Bank as an Officer in Credit Card Collections. Sonia then worked at GE SBI as a Senior Officer in Collections before joining NIS Sparta as a Trainer. Sonia later worked at Zodiac Consulting as a Business Development Manager in Retailing and at Dish TV as a Trainer.

In 2008, Sonia joined Centum Learning Limited as a Master Trainer at Delhi International Airport, where they conducted diagnostic studies and delivered end-to-end training for various stakeholders. Sonia also held roles as the Community Head and Project Head at Delhi International Airport.

From 2013 to 2017, Sonia worked at Homeshop 18 (Network 18 Group) as the DGM and Head of L&D, where they oversaw organization-wide training needs, proposed training solutions, managed training operations, and led process improvement projects.

In 2017, Sonia moved to Janalakshmi Financial Services as an AVP and Zonal Head of L&OD. Currently, they hold the position of AVP and National Head of Training Delivery at Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited.

Sonia Sachdev attended Delhi University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
