Johannes G. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies, innovation management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since April 2023, Johannes also holds dual roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, where as Agile Academy Lead, oversees global training and development for agile practices, and as Global Agile Community Lead, directs the Agile Facilitator Community while consulting on business transformation projects. Prior to these roles, Johannes founded Nudge & Leap, fostering innovation and digital transformation, and has lectured at various institutions, including CIEE and University Bergamo.
