Gerard Gomà

Gerard Gomà is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at IE Business School since 2024, Gerard previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HAAN from 2023 to 2025. Between 2020 and 2023, Gerard was the General Manager for Europe at RideMovi, where remarkable business growth was achieved, resulting in a fourfold increase in revenue and a 35% EBITDA. Prior roles include General Manager at Bird, overseeing significant team growth and managing operations of the largest multimodal shared electric fleet in Spain, and Head of e-commerce Operations at Inditex, responsible for managing logistics and omnichannel operations. Gerard's career also includes leadership in supply chain management at Privalia and tangible early contributions as a Product Management Intern at Hilti Group. Gerard holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has pursued various postgraduate studies, including e-commerce and supply chain programs from IEBS Business School and ICIL.
