Ed Sayer has extensive experience in wildlife conservation and protected area management, currently serving as Country Director for the Frankfurt Zoological Society since December 2007. In this role, Ed oversees Protected Area Management for the Nyika National Park and surrounding Game Management Areas, encompassing 22,000 square kilometers, and is involved in Black Rhino Reintroduction and Population Management. Prior to this position, Ed held the role of Wildlife Manager at the Grumeti Fund from January 2005 to December 2007 and served as Operations Manager at the South Luangwa Conservation Society from June 2001 to May 2005. Ed holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science (BS Hons) in Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
