Joshua Kelly

Joshua Kelly is an experienced Building Surveyor currently working at Frankham Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include applying design and specification knowledge to major refurbishment and reconfiguration schemes. Prior to this role, Joshua served as a Junior Architectural Technologist at CroftGoode Architects from November 2015 to March 2018, focusing on drawing work packages and conducting measured surveys for various construction projects. Joshua is pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying at London South Bank University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2024, and holds an Extended National Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment from Blackpool and The Fylde College.
