Michael F. has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2006. Michael began their career as a Consultant at Gallivan Gallivan & O'Melia and then moved to Release Manager at Friendster in 2008. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as The IT Guy at Evernote and then as Technical Support Manager at both Oxygen Cloud and odrive. In 2015, they became Head Of Customer Care at Striiv Inc. and then Customer Service Manager at Motiv Inc. in 2018. In 2021, they took on the role of City Carrier at the United States Postal Service and is currently Lead Application Support Engineer at FrankieOne, leading the charge to bring their IDV, AML, and Fraud prevention product to the USA.
Michael F. attended De Anza College from 2021 to 2022, earning an A.S. in CIS. Prior to that, they attended UMass Boston from 1993 to 1995, studying English.
