David Wagner

David Wagner is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in technology and application development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Franklin County Children Services since November 2019, David is actively seeking an IT Project Management position after completing a personal sabbatical and Project Management Training from a PMI certified instructor. Prior roles include various vice president positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., leading application service governance, technology operations, and business management, as well as key management roles at Qwest Communications and Eaton Cutler Hammer. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
