Tricia M.

Tricia M. has extensive experience in credit management and collections, currently serving as Credit Manager for North America at Franklin Electric, a position held since July 2017. Tricia's career also includes roles as Lead Credit & Collections Analyst for the U.S. and Canada, and Senior Credit and Collections Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Tricia worked at Ambassador Steel/Harris Rebar as Assistant Credit Manager and spent time at Smith Law Office as a Paralegal. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government along with a minor in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Ball State University, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1999.
