Grace Wu

Grace Wu has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the energy and industrial sectors. Grace is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Franklin Energy, where they are leading the clean energy transition by delivering innovative energy management solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President Operations at PetroChoice - Lubrication Solutions, overseeing the operations of one of the largest lubricant and fuel distributors.

Grace Wu also held prominent positions at Air Liquide Group, where they served as the Vice President of Worldwide Operations and was responsible for managing a large number of manufacturing locations and distribution sites. Grace also worked at Air Liquide Industrial U.S. LP as the Vice President of Distribution and Logistics, managing logistics and product distribution for multiple business entities. Earlier in their career, they were the Worldwide General Manager at Scott Medical Products and worked as the Director of Marketing and Product Manager at Air Liquide Industrial U.S. LP.

Before joining Air Liquide, Grace Wu gained experience at Praxair, Inc. and Advanced Lighting Technology, Inc. in various marketing, business development, and supply chain roles.

Throughout their career, Grace Wu has developed and implemented innovative strategies to improve customer experience, productivity, and team competence. Grace has a strong track record of driving digital transformation to optimize business processes and achieve higher performance.

Grace Wu completed their Executive Management Program at London Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they also completed an Executive Management Program at INSEAD in 2007. Grace Wu obtained their MBA degree in International Business from Baldwin Wallace University in 1997.
