Vincent Schroeder

Vincent Schroeder has a strong background in quality management and operational excellence. Vincent currently works as the Director of Quality and Operational Excellence at Franklin Electric since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Quality at Franklin Fueling Systems from 2013 to 2021, where they successfully implemented improvement initiatives and achieved significant results in on-time delivery, product quality, and supplier risk management. Before joining Franklin Fueling Systems, Vincent served as the Manager of Quality Assurance from 2009 to 2013. Vincent also has previous experience as the Vice President of Operations and Quality and the Director of Quality at Pycon, Inc. During their time at Pycon, Inc., Vincent led multiple projects implementing lean concepts, ISO 9001 quality systems, and progressive statistical tools. Vincent also played a key role in the ERP implementation and European regulatory compliance activities. Vincent has a strong technical background, having held positions as an Operations Manager, Engineering Project Manager, and Senior Mechanical Engineer throughout their career.

Vincent Schroeder obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1995. Vincent then furthered their education in the same field and institution, earning a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering between 1995 and 1997.
