Don Pultz

Don Pultz is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a strong background in the adhesives and silicones industries. Currently, Don serves at Franklin International, where responsibilities include engineering, management, and procurement at a manufacturing plant. Previously, Don held the position of Site Manufacturing Engineer at Momentive Performance Materials, focusing on similar responsibilities within the silicones division. Earlier roles included Process Engineer, optimizing processes for manufacturing ceramic materials using advanced techniques. Don began a career in engineering as a Product Development Intern at GE Advanced Ceramics, contributing to a project aimed at producing a cost-effective Boron Nitride powder. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
