Scot Donaldson

Scot Donaldson has over 35 years of work experience in human resources. Scot started their career as an HR Generalist at United Parcel Service in 1987 and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at The Longaberger Company. In 2001, they joined Bimbo QSR (Division of Grupo Bimbo and Bimbo Bakeries USA) as a Sr. Human Relations Manager, where they established an onsite HR department and oversaw the expansion of bakery manufacturing facilities. Scot is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Franklin International since 2022.

Scot Donaldson obtained a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Additionally, in December 2008, they received a Certification in Labor Relations Management from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
