Tod Rogers

Tod Rogers is an experienced environmental professional with a strong track record in environmental compliance and program management. Currently serving as an Environmental Program Manager and previously as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Franklin International since September 2015, Tod oversees compliance with various environmental regulations, including RCRA, SWP3, SPCC, NPDES, FEPTIO, UST, and wastewater pre-treatment. Prior roles include EHS Specialist focused on waste and water programs at PPG Industries, where responsibilities encompassed compliance management, pollution prevention, and incident investigations. Additional experience includes serving as a Construction Environmental Coordinator at American Electric Power, conducting site assessments, and as an Environmental Specialist at Veolia North America, handling hazardous waste management. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Mount Union.
