Laurie Arehart

Laurie Arehart, VP of Property Operations, joined The Franklin Johnston Group in March of 2020. She oversees the management of a portfolio of more than 20 communities with over 4,000 units throughout Virginia, Rhode Island, Maryland and DC. Laurie holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association. She has been in the property management industry for over 24 years, previously employed with Panco Management, HHHunt Corporation and A.J. Dwoskin and Associates. Laurie was a previous President and Vice President of the Roanoke Valley Apartment Association and is currently a member of the Property Management Association. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Administrative Systems from Radford University.
