Christopher Ross

Christopher Ross has extensive experience in insurance operations, financial analysis, quality assurance, and client service. Christopher has held various leadership roles at Franklin Madison, overseeing teams responsible for servicing millions of consumers. Prior to this, Christopher worked at MetLife and Bankers Trust in pension administration and participant services. Christopher also has a background in the US Army and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
