Devin Holland has extensive work experience in law enforcement and emergency services. Devin began their career in 1995 as a Dispatcher at Macon County (NC) 911, where they worked until 1997. In 1996, they joined the Franklin Police Department as a Police Officer and has since held various roles within the department, including Sergeant, Captain of Patrol Division, and currently serves as the Chief of Police.
Devin Holland completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Criminal Justice from Southwestern Community College in 1994. Subsequently, Devin pursued higher education at Western Carolina University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice in 1996.
