Justin Stall is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at the Franklin Police Department, serving as Captain since August 2022 and previously as Lieutenant. Stall began in 2019 as Detective Sergeant and held positions as Patrol Sergeant and Police Officer from 2012 to 2019.
