Leeanne Baker is an experienced law enforcement professional with a focus on domestic violence and sexual assault investigations. Since June 2017, Leeanne has served as a Patrol Officer at the Franklin Police Department and as a Domestic Violence Liaison at Dean College since July 2018, handling investigations related to domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and stalking while supporting faculty and students. Leeanne's background includes extensive experience with the Westborough Police as a Patrolman since October 2001, currently assigned to the detective division, and previously working as a patrol officer and sexual assault investigator with the Concord Police Department and Chatham Police. Leeanne holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Anna Maria College, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Quincy College.
