Joe is our Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Officer at FSB. In his role, he is responsible for the oversight and management of our Retail Banking, Customer Service and Business Development Teams. Through his leadership, these teams provide the financial tools that individuals, businesses, and municipalities need to operate and thrive in the marketplace.
