Israil Asaliyev

Israil Asaliyev has about 20 years of experience in various senior roles in different business sectors. He is an experienced professional in business development, strategic development, crisis management, financial sustainability, sales, and other related fields.

Mr. Asaliyev holds the position of Head of Construction Industry at NEQSOL Holding since 2018 and responsible for setting and leading execution of the strategy in this segment. He is also leading M&A projects to expand industrial business in the holding.

Mr. Asaliyev is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Norm, the largest cement producer in the South Caucasus.

Before joining NEQSOL Holding's management team, he worked as Deputy CEO of Gilan Industrial Group operating in the construction materials production, mining, textiles, and chemicals fields. He was also in charge of the project of developing Mingachevir Industrial Park from zero to two operational plants.

He also held the position of General Director of AAC Construction Materials plant the biggest manufacturing company of Synergy Group which is a group of companies operating in Azerbaijan.
