Ricky Ostrofsky

Ricky Ostrofsky is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in retail leasing. Currently serving as Regional Managing Director and Director at Franklin Street since November 2016, Ricky oversees leasing for over 4 million square feet of retail space across Northern Florida and Southern Georgia. Prior to this role, Ricky was a Retail Leasing Assistant at The Shopping Center Group for a short period in 2016, supporting Senior Leasing Advisors in managing a portfolio exceeding 6 million square feet of retail space in North Florida. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Marketing from Florida State University and has also studied at Tel Aviv University.
