Sean Ohlemacher

Sean Ohlemacher currently serves as the Director of Growth and Expansion at Franklin Street, with responsibilities encompassing organizational growth, recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, and market expansion. Prior to this role, Sean held various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, significantly impacting talent acquisition and operational strategy. Key roles included Director of Recruiting Operations/HR, where Sean shaped strategic workforce plans and coached a team of 100 professionals, and Senior Executive and Health Professions Talent Acquisition Specialist, directing full-cycle recruiting for high-level positions. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Park University and two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Human Resource Management and the other in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
