Srishty Nayak

Srishty Nayak is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Franklin Templeton India since November 2021, having previously held roles as a Jr. Business Analyst and intern at Franklin Templeton. Srishty participated in the Young Women In Investment program organized by the CFA Institute, aimed at promoting gender diversity in the Investment Management industry. This initiative selected Srishty as one of 100 participants in the 2019 batch in Bangalore. Additional experience includes an internship in Institutional Equities at Edelweiss Securities Ltd. and a summer trainee position at Pantaloons. Srishty holds an MBA in Finance from MIT College of Management, Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Pt. Harishankar Shukla Memorial College, Raipur.
