Ajay Maddali

Ajay Maddali is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director & Head - Human Resources for India at Franklin Templeton, Ajay also holds the position of Head HR India AMC & Global HR Business Partner for the Sales organization, following a tenure as Head HR India AMC. Prior experience includes consulting in Talent & Organization at Accenture Consulting, serving as a Senior Executive at Satyam Computer Services Limited, and working as a Project Trainee at TCS. Ajay holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Anna University Chennai (1999-2003).
